1. Tanya Poppett @achieving_balance
Ella es una instructora de fitness de la costa australiana, en donde desarrolla su propio sistema de High Intensity Interval Training. Busca demostrar que entrenar no es ir al gimnasio, sino que hay diferentes maneras de mantenerse activo.

🎥 Kettlebell HIIT 💪🏻 Turning up the intensity 🔥 Mixing up the bodyweight and plyo exercises with a little bit free weights. Great way to get an extra burn 🙌🏻 • Swinging squats • Squat threads • Lunge threads • Squat row Try each move for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest in between for 4 rounds.... And see how sweaty you get 😜 #trainwithtanya Un vídeo publicado por TANYA POPPETT (@achieving_balance) el 24 de Feb de 2016 a la(s) 2:50 PST

Haha 😝 this is one of the training exercises I used to do when competing!! 🐒💪🏼 #polevault I asked Ad’s to film me so I could watch it (and see if I could still do it! 😜)...he didn’t know what I was going to do, so when I did the first one he was like ‘huh?! 😳....do it again!! 😯' Hahahaha I think I’m definitely going to do these more often, they’re so fun!!

A common comment I see on fitness pages including my own is: “photoshopped” - People seem to assume pics are photoshopped. - Yes a lot out there are but not all! No amount of Photoshop can make someone “fit and healthy” - that is a lifestyle, something you LIVE each day (well most days anyway) 😝 Don’t let these false images turn you off this lifestyle. You choosing to be fit and healthy and striving to be your best shouldn’t be about anyone else - it’s about YOU. People photoshop their images - who cares! It shouldn’t affect your goals providing they’re realistic for you. If you want to use other people on social media to inspire or motivate you to exercise or eat healthy then go ahead, but just keep in mind that a lot of these images may be altered and you shouldn’t try to look like anyone else anyway. I say it all the time but I believe it’s so important to live a life that is yours where you’re not striving for the unattainable and you’re not comparing your life to someone else’s. Choose your “inspos” or “fitspos” wisely and always be realistic.. And most importantly strive to be “better” not “perfect”. There’s is a big difference between perfectionism and striving for excellence - don’t get the 2 mixed up. ☺️👍🏼 Hope you’re having a great week everyone! 😘 . 👙 Swimsuit: @letsgetfunkedup ________________________________________ 🏋🏽 My Meals & Exercise Programs: www.emilyskye.com/program - Click the link in my profile!
