Danika Brysha

La modelo promueve la idea de ser sana pero amar quien eres.

Ver esta publicación en Instagram I have a very love/hate relationship with these sorts of photos. . I love them because in the depths of my body image struggle, disordered eating, and chronic dieting, seeing women who looked like me sharing their imperfect body with confidence was one of the biggest tools in my healing process and in finding my own self worth. . I hate them because these types of photos almost always get the biggest response for women, and as a result, they solidify the message that showing your body and wearing limited clothing is what the people “like”. I decided a while ago that I had no interest in being “hot” for a living, and it’s the reason why you don’t often see me post images like these here. No offense to the dudes but I love the quality, authenticity, and kindness of my primarily female community and I have no desire in stacking my “numbers” for the sake of being instafamous. . But today while I was having an emotionally hungover, covered in dog hair sweatsuit, chocolate eating kind of day, I got an email from my agents asking for some swim digitals for a modeling client. And I figured if I’m going to put in the effort to pull my shit together on a day like this, then I’m sure as hell going to embrace a great opportunity to be the girl I needed to see in her news feed for so many years ❤️ . (And it’s totally ok if you liked this photo 😂) Una publicación compartida de SelfCare. Manifestor. Bossbabe (@danikabrysha) el 24 Ene, 2019 a las 6:26 PST
